DIY Decor {Napkin Wreath}
Amazingly easy and gorgeous in all colors - and when I say inexpensive that means less than eight dollars to make. Take a single napkin - twist and pin into a hay or foam wreath. Use one color, multiple or patterned napkins like animal prints, stripes or polka dots. This napkin wreath is smart and a must have at your next celebration! Special thanks to CC & BB for their inspiration!

Tournament Style {The Golfer's Wife}
As one college girlfriend once put it - "I would rather dress like a PGA Golfer's wife than look like I'm going to the horse races." Funny and true because when it comes to the RBC Heritage we are known for the social aspect as much as the golf. If the Masters is finals week in college then the Heritage on Hilton Head Island is spring break. It's easy to fall into the social clubs and forget all about the golf. Most year's however we usually have friends in town for the tournament and they want to see the players take on Harbour Town. This year I've done even more research {aka watching every tournament leading to ours} in preparation of our video shoot during this year's tournament. Yes - I'll be working AND watching a lot of golf - so how do you dress when you'll be walking 18 holes twice a day? Like a golfer's wife because they do the same thing and look amazing doing it! Here is some inspiration:
Kandi Mahan - Love the layers which makes dressing for the cooler mornings much easier.
Mrs. Luke Donald with shades of purple
Midge Trammell {right} - Keeping it simple
Tabitha Furyk - Comfortable dress & sweater.
Ana Ivanovic: Two words - glasses and aviators
Amy Michelson: Dress it up with jewelry
Caroline Wozniacki - Keeping your hair out of the way doesn't always mean a pony tail.
Amy Michelson - Can't go wrong in shorts and polo - LOVE her gold bracelet!
Kirsten Norman and Sonya Toms - They LOVE their aviators

Nautical Inspiration {By Land or By Sea}
In the lowcountry boats are everywhere. Hilton Head Island has seven marinas with everything from the largest of sailboats to the smallest of fishing boats. I grew up on the water thanks to my Dad and I've always loved nautical things - cast nets, navy blue stripes, lighthouses, colorful fish, maps, anchors and anything that represents the ocean. While browsing through the internet I found several great examples of nautical decor - some simple others more detailed. You love these beautiful ideas!
Pillows, pillows and more pillows - they add so much while costing so little.
Fun idea for a children's room - multicolor stairs with rope to hang on to.
Sailboat chandelier with simple touches of navy blue.
Welcome mat made of rope
Wire crab baskets and driftwood
Love the red and oh the monogram!
Can't go wrong with navy and white.
Perfect for entertaining outdoors.
